TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Welcome to Faith Fit Strength. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Prices: All prices are in USD. Prices do not include taxes or shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and Zelle. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Area: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Additional costs apply.

Processing Time: T-shirt orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, depending on the quantity ordered.

Risk of Loss: All purchases are governed by a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to the goods are transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Policy: We want you to love your t-shirt. If you are not satisfied, you can return the items within 30 to 45 days (depending on the region) of delivery. Items must be unworn, clean, with tags, and in their original packaging.

You will receive a gift card for a future purchase for the amount of the original purchase.

Note: Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges: We offer size exchanges, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made t-shirts are not eligible for returns.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SIZES
Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our T-shirts as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display on your monitor will be 100% accurate.

Sizes: Please refer to our size chart before purchasing. Slight variations in fit are normal due to the manufacturing process.

5. SALES TAX
In accordance with state law, sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where we have a legal presence or significant sales volume. The final tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
[Faith Fit Strength] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site (designs, logos, photos) is the property of Faith Fit Strength and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You are not permitted to use our t-shirt designs for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. GOVERNING LAW
